Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 4999bt Platform. A "Player" is defined by their identity — not by device, browser, IP address, or household. If you discover that a duplicate account exists under your identity, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately. 4999bt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to apply the balance of duplicate accounts in whichever manner it deems appropriate, including forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 4999bt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 4999bt immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
You may request closure of your 4999bt account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Accounts subject to active investigations, open bets, or outstanding wagering requirements cannot be closed until those matters are resolved.
4999bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated balance, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has engaged in any Prohibited Activity, provided false registration information, breached any part of these Terms, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or a lawful instruction from a competent authority.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet, or game session has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 4999bt may apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Reactivation is possible by contacting support.
4999bt is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing any withdrawal request, and may request verification at any other time at its discretion. KYC verification requires the submission of one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate confirming date of birth; a document confirming residential address in Bangladesh (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) dated within three months; and, where applicable, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after a request is made by 4999bt may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality, restriction of account access, or permanent account closure. 4999bt will not be liable for any losses suffered by a Player as a result of the Player's failure to comply with a KYC request in a timely manner.
All documents submitted for KYC must be genuine, valid, and unaltered. Submission of fraudulent, forged, or manipulated identity documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
4999bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfer to and from accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be accepted subject to availability. 4999bt reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although 4999bt may apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion based on risk management requirements.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 4999bt account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 30 minutes during standard banking hours (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 BST). 4999bt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank.
Withdrawals are available to players who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one successful deposit using the withdrawal method requested; and (c) met all applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.
Withdrawals to verified bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. 4999bt does not apply a withdrawal fee on standard transactions; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which 4999bt bears no responsibility.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and are communicated in your account dashboard. 4999bt reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in multiple instalments.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players as specified on each individual offer page. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new or existing players who have a verified account in good standing and have not previously claimed the specific offer. 4999bt reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant bonus offer page, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus credits may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified per offer.
Each bonus offer specifies a time period within which the wagering requirement must be met. All sports bets placed on 4999bt are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform at the time the bet is accepted. 4999bt reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical errors. In-play betting markets are subject to closure at any point during an event and 4999bt's settlement decision on in-play markets is final.
All casino and slot games on 4999bt are supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers and operate on independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology. 4999bt does not alter game settings, RTP values, or outcomes. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 4999bt's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
4999bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 4999bt will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will post a notice on the Platform's homepage for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure under Section 4.2.
These Terms are written in English. English is the official and governing language of this Agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
